Conservation operations of public lighting installations on the road network

The companies IMESAPI and VIABAL, Mobility and Rehabilitation Division have been awarded the contract Service for the execution of conservation operations of public lighting installations on the road network of the Consell de Mallorca, Lot 2, southern zone.
The purpose of the contract is the provision of the Service for the execution of conservation operations of public lighting installations on the road network of the Consell de Mallorca and works aimed at their modernization and improvement of energy efficiency.
The main operations are:
Preventive maintenance:
These preventive works include the inspection of components, tests, trials and verifications, as well as the cleaning and painting of the installations (cabinets, luminaires, lamp posts, manholes and civil works elements, etc.).
Periodically, a review will be carried out to check the operation and adjustments of the switching systems of the panels, timers and remote management components. At the control centers, checks of electrical measurements and the operation of head-end regulators will be performed.

• Minimum maintenance at control centers
• Minimum maintenance at light points
• Minimum maintenance of conduits
• Preventive maintenance of other receivers

Corrective maintenance according to breakdown:
The following actions are considered corrective maintenance:

• Repair of breakdowns in general, attending to all incidents detected in the installations.
• Replacement of burned out or broken lamps, when they are out of service by chance.
• Replacement and repair of supports.
• Repair of breakdowns in control panels and distribution lines, with special attention to detecting repetitive breakdowns and particularly problematic installations.
• Repair of breakdowns in centralized control systems, such as flow regulator failures, lack of communication with controllers and communication modules, ignition failure.
• Issuance of reports and technical proposals to carry out adaptation or updating actions of existing installations.
