SERMICRO ha renovado, un año más, el servicio de Centro de Soporte a Usuario para Securitas Direct.

Este servicio presta soporte a unos 8.500 usuarios desde sus oficinas de Madrid, dando cobertura multilingüe, en horario 24 x 7 días, a toda España, Italia, Reino Unido, Brasil, Chile y Perú.

Una de las principales tareas asociadas al CAU es la de ayudar a los usuarios en el uso de las herramientas y aplicaciones informáticas, resolviendo cualquier incidencia o consulta, o escalando, en caso de que la resolución quede fuera de su alcance, a otros equipos técnicos.
