CLIENTE: ANDBANK. CANAL EVERIS.

PAÍS: ESPAÑA, Madrid y Barcelona.

El proyecto tiene por objeto proporcionar a EVERIS, servicios profesionales para la contratación de proyectos de soporte microinformático: Service Desk para sus clientes, a través de los medios materiales (infraestructuras) y medios humanos (personal cualificado de SERMICRO).

Las actividades y alcances son:

Service Desk (CAU): los usuarios del cliente interactuarán con el servicio de Service Desk de SERMICRO, utilizando los canales de comunicación establecidos. La Service Desk actuará como Punto Único de Contacto del CLIENTE.

Para realizar la prestación del Servicio, SERMICRO pondrá a disposición del proyecto la Infraestructura del Centro de Servicio de Service Desk sito en Barcelona, con una cobertura horaria de 24×7.
